Expectra Stud is a family owned and operated business in the
Vredefort Dome ( a world heritage site) within the North West
province. Our objective is to maximise the capital value, return on
investment and yield from the land. Our more than 400 commercial,
registered Simbra cattle have helped us in achieving our objectives.

In 2008 we revisited our initial objectives and came to
the conclusion that we can improve on our obejectives.
After numerous soil and vegetation studies we decided
to start our Kalahari Red Goat Stud

The best rams and ewes were acquired from Tollie
Jordaan and Albie Horn as the base for our stud and we
have made tremendous progress in a very short space
of time.

Everything we do is based on world best practises and
we continue to travel through South Africa, Australia
and the USA to improve our genetics, farming methods
and niche experti.
